help with editing .tbl and .ime file

hi everybody,

I am using Win XP Pro. Could anyone tell me how i can edit (such as adding words to )the components file (*.tbl file and *.ime file) of an traditional chinese input method. as far as i know, we can use the built in ImeTool in WinXP to turn a text file to an *.ime file and a *.tbl file.
