ICQ Lite V.1068 Quistion???

(1)When I am using Window Me:
when i use ICQ Lite, why i cannot see chinese word in the name table?

When i am using Window XP:
I can see all of the word .......!


(2)And then i have a quistion about icq2003:
I can get file from other people in ICQ2002 & ICQ Lite,
but why i cannot get fire from other people in ICQ2003.
when i get file from other one in ICQ2003,the software tell me it skill all of the file. but i have not wo.........
Why???

Plz help me
