請問DOS 下可以使用USB介面嗎
或是有什麼驅動程式可以使用

可以,但是一定得要所使用的Device提供的在DOS下使用的驅動程式,但是目前幾乎所有廠商都不提供了~~

所以....你應該很少會遇到這種問題..鍵盤滑鼠用PS/2介面就好..

This version provides support for the following Mass Storage devices:
USB ZIP drives
USB Hard disk
USB Super Floppy/HiFD drives
Some floppy disks require a default sector size of 1024 or 2048 bytes.
See the SECTORSIZE command line parameter for details on how this can be set.
USB CD-ROM
USB MO drives
640M and 1.3G disks require a default sector size of 2048 bytes.

其實有一家軟體廠商有再做....
laplink for DOS
這是做利用 RS232 OR USB來做對等傳輸資料的軟體
她們有開發一系列usb的傳輸軟體
包括dos版的軟體
