[原創]將簡體字幕轉為繁體 by wahaha [歡迎轉載]
step1: 將任何格式的簡體字幕檔(e.g. ass, srt, dat, rtf,.........) 開啟 by "subtitle workshop" (you can download in
http://www.softking.com.tw/)
step2: 跟著選"另存新檔" 及 "格式" 為 ".sub" 或 ".txt"
step3: 如選".sub", 請先 "rename" 字幕檔為 ".txt" 並開啟 by Internet Explorer (IE)
step4: 設定 IE's "encoding" 是 "Chinese Simplified"
step5: copy all the text and paste in Microsoft's "Word"
step6: 使用繁簡體轉換 (忘記了是否 "word" 內置的, 如沒有, 可到
http://www.slime.com.tw/ 下載)
step7: copy all the text in Microsoft's "Word" and paste in 原字幕檔 (i.e. ".sub" 或 ".txt")
step8: save 字幕檔
p.s. 如字幕檔可被 IE 直接開啟, step1,2&3 就可以不用
