PPG無法下載

原本我是用Pandora Pub Get 2.0
使用上沒有問題

昨天在史版下載Pandora Pub Get v2.3
可是卻一直出現"This code not encrypt by ftp protocol, so we cannot execute it."
都無法下載
是設定上有錯誤嘛
