Web site Design problem

Dear all,

I have a web site for internal use. I have alot of links, but their is impossible to type "target=_blank" for every page (cannot do every time when I update those link) If any mannar can use one command to let all the link to pop up a new windows!? Thanks alot!!

~它有個網頁...裡面有一大堆ㄉ連結...~
~因為連結真ㄉ是太...多ㄌ...~
~不可能(不願意?!)...將每個連結都用...target=_blank ㄉ語法...~
~(尤其是有連結需要更新ㄉ時候...他更頭大)...~

~所以...他想要用簡單一點ㄉ指令...來搞定這個問題...~
