修正K-lite code pack 2.24 full的bug, 3ivX Encoding 跟Ulead GIF Animator 5
會相衝的問題, 右鍵存檔, Winiso編輯

我已先移除K-lite code pack 再開啟Ulead GIF Animator 5 然後再安裝K-lite code pack暫時可用嚕!!
