有關電腦病毒問題
 

我的電腦安裝賽門鐵克防毒軟體最近掃到二支病毒
W32.Vaalla.2048
及
Backdoor.sdbot
掃毒程式無法移除，到賽門鐵克網站
想找解讀程式但整篇都是英文的
讓我這英文白痴一籌莫展(沒有趨勢的人性化)
拜託先進們能否告知解毒方式

W32.Valla.2048解決方式:
1.Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).
如果是Win Me或是XP系統的話去關閉掉系統還原的服務
2.Update the virus definitions.
升級防毒軟體的病毒定義檔
3.Restart the computer in Safe mode or VGA mode.
重開機選則VGA模式進到安全模式
4.Run a full system scan and repair all the files detected as W32.Valla.2048.
做全系統掃瞄並修復偵測到的W32.Valla.2048病毒
5.Run the Norton AntiVirus DOS scanner (Windows 95/98/Me), if necessary. (Consumer products only).
如果是Windows 95/98/Me作業系統的話執行AntiVirus DOS掃瞄

Backdoor.sdbot解決方式:

3.Do one of the following:
Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP: Restart the computer in Safe mode.
Windows NT: End the Trojan process.
你應該是做上面"Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP: Restart the computer in Safe mode."這條.
進安全模式
4.Run a full system scan and delete all the files detected as Backdoor.Sdbot.
做全系統掃瞄並刪除偵測到的Backdoor.Sdbot病毒
5.Edit the changes that the Trojan made to the registry.
