Internet Explorer "wininet.dll"

Is anyone know how to solve this problem?
My Explorer shows me this sencent.. "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

The error is
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: wininet.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.2518 Offset: 0001b8f0

Need Help !!! Thanks a lot.

uninstall IE AND Restart pc
install ie
try it
