請問DIV3轉碼器要去哪下載啊??

我從網路上下載一個影片,asf檔
可是media player不能撥放
說是需要DIV3轉碼器

我試過了…可以下載…只是他放的地方很不穩定就是了…(我已經下載好囉)
可以過一段時間再下載...

不然，提供另外一套...
