安裝軟體時出現資料夾路徑'My Pictures'含有無效字元
 

請問各位大大
我在安裝nero燒錄軟體和酒精軟體時
安裝到一半都會出現
"資料夾路徑'My Pictures'含有無效字元"
以上這串字 然後就安裝失敗...
我去google和搜尋過這類的問題但都無解
能請大大給我一些建議如何解決這問題 感激不盡

1.有時候重灌電腦,也可比修復軟體問題,還能快速解決問題

2.可能情況
電腦的硬碟空間不足
啟用了使用者設定檔
安裝了 Windows on Wallstreet 程式
電腦使用真實模式 (16 位元) 驅動程式來存取光碟機(若您用光碟安裝)
Microsoft Windows Installer 檔案損毀或安裝錯誤
您的設定檔名稱中含有斜線 (/) 字元 (例如 Jones/Smith)
CPU 不符合執行軟體時所需的最低系統需求

The program "Windows on Wallstreet" installed.
You are installing to an invalid destination folder.
The Windows registry contains invalid characters.
The computer is using a real mode (16-bit) driver to access the CD-ROM drive.
The Microsoft Windows Installer file is damaged or is not installed correctly.
The computer has insufficient hard disk space.
Your profile contains a slash (/) character in the name (for example, Jones/Smith).
The CPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the program.
You are running Windows NT/2000/XP with NTFS. Either Win31FileSystem or NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation is set to some value other than 0 in the registry.

為啥會牽涉到我的圖片呢?安裝這兩樣軟體應該不會牽涉到該目錄才對阿...

耐錄7.0版以上選全部安裝就會牽涉到那兩資料夾..........

能更詳細指導嗎

1.先看看硬碟的可用空間有多少(夠嗎)
若可用空間不足,泥可以移除無用的檔案,清除temp後
再安裝

2.控制台-使用者帳戶-建立新的帳戶-重開機後,選新的使用者
登入系統後,再來安裝nero燒錄軟體和酒精軟體
測試沒問題後,再把舊使用者的資料,搬到新使用者
