如何清除DNS?

小公司的內部電腦有中文版也有英文版的XP,中文版連接在網路芳鄰進出都無問題,但是英文版就只能進別台PC卻不讓別人進入.
小弟嘗試在"Local Area Connection"的地方做"repair"的動作,卻都出現以下訊息:
Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed.
Clearing the DNS cache
For assistance, contact the person who manages your network

我也嘗試這以ipconfig /flushdns,但得到的回應是:
Could not flush the DNS Resolver cashe: Function failed during execution

請教教我該如清除DNS cache! 謝謝喔!

試試 arp -d
或
netsh interface ip reset c:\log.txt
這樣會有一連串的 reset動作，並會記錄於 c:\log.txt 內
