ping的到 但網路完全無法使用

最近我碰到無法上線的狀況 我使用ping 168.95.1.1發現如下

正常可開回應:

但我ping出來的卻是:

我問網路公司 他們回答我是中毒 但是我的防毒程式怎麼會沒有發現而且也掃不掉 且微軟及各大防毒公司 不見發佈該種病毒訊息 我問他們是啥毒 他們回答"就是中毒阿" 要我重灌系統
真的是中毒嗎 那為什麼沒有相關的官方訊息發出 請各位大大幫個忙救救小弟一下.

各家防毒軟體根據技術、引擎運作原理、程式與病毒碼更新週期等，防毒能力不同，也不代表使用防毒軟體就不會中毒。況且當今電腦威脅除了傳統的病毒以外，還有蠕蟲、木馬、惡意程式等，有些防毒軟體真的只是定位在防"毒"，其他的不會去防。

建議大大可以去網際網路上找免費的威脅掃瞄服務，如賽門鐵克、卡巴斯基等，或者更專業的付費解毒服務，用Google找相關訊息應該很充足。

可是我試著用掃木馬 掃後門 也都掃不到耶 怪事...

再試試下面這指今有出現什麼呢？

恩~你這情形我以前有幫人解決過這樣的怪異事情
猜測可能是之前中毒導致 登錄檔毀損等情形
用下面這個軟體~~使用後 ~重開機~~應該可以解
