那個訊息是指你使用的IP已經下載RS空間中的1個檔案了
無法再同時下載另1個檔案
RS空間一次只能下載1個檔案
並且依此次下載檔案的大小來決定下個檔案要等多久才能再下載
在下的作法都是斷線換IP再去下載
