HELP!! How to open the Nero Disc Image File

I tried winISO software to make a new image, but it failed. I don't know what's wrong.

It possibly means the image file you have is corrupted/incomplete or fake. Try mounting another image file see what the problem is.

Source Image dl incomplete or it's problematic while building.
There isn't any tool can be fixed.
