已停用此電腦的 Windows Script Host 存取

小弟抓取 KeyFinder + Windows XP VLK 微軟正版序號一切正常，執行時出現"已停用此電腦的 Windows Script Host 存取。詳細資料請洽詢管理員。" 請問是什麼意思？要如何解決？
