RVA Converter 用於記憶體位址及檔案位移之間的相互轉換，是很久以前的老工具了；由於昨天見心動大提到 Vista 上無法使用點睛的 [偏移量轉換器]，因此把它翻了出來，希望可以作為替代的工具使用。

類似的工具還有 QuickRVA、偏移量轉換器 OC ...等等。
