電腦裡的NetService.exe感染病毒了…
 

同學的電腦被norton偵測出感染了病毒
病毒是W32.HLLW.Lovgate.G@mm
受感染的是c:\winnt\system32\NetService.exe
請問一下，NetService是做什麼用的?
可以直接刪掉嗎? 還是有其他方法嗎?
Norton顯示的狀態只表示無法存取，好像沒有隔離病毒
只為對norton anti virus還不太熟，不太會用
請各位大大教教我吧!!~
