噴墨式印表機連續供墨系統DIY
 

今天上網看到已經有廠家在販售 噴墨式印表機連續供墨系統DIY組裝配件只需499(不含填充墨水),只是自己必須花一番功夫組裝起來且較不美觀,但可能滿省滿實用的,想買一組來裝在Epson Stylus Color 660試試看,這家廠家填充墨水也是超便宜的,但不知效果如何? 能否請教各位大大之使用經驗,究竟何種填充墨水較佳?

你產品過保固沒阿?你用這種我知道是透過額外改裝使用大瓶的墨水...
假如你要求列印品質當然要使用原廠墨水拉,原廠墨水可是特殊配方呢要是這些
廠商那麼利害他早就去做印表機事業了,而且改裝之後會失去產品保固所以你的
機器如果保固過了就無所謂了..

謝謝您的指導，我的660已經過了保固期了，目前在使用ulix之填充藥水，尚可接受，因為沒使用過其他品牌無從比較，想要找一種讓噴頭比較不會阻塞到的填充墨水，我的經驗是使用填充墨水最好是使用原廠之墨水匣較不會產生問題

我的也是Epson Stylus Color 660(我不敢亂來...怕弄壞)
現在想把他淘汰了....
想買多功能事務機.....

其實我覺得發問者的改裝倒是可以嘗試一下,但是萬一墨頭塞住就沒的玩了.....
他改裝後採用外接大瓶填充墨水對於高印量的人可以節省很多墨夾錢,但是唯一
的罩門就是噴墨頭!EPSON標榜高解析度因此他的噴嘴密度很高萬一使用不當墨
水導致阻塞那改裝成2公升的墨水都沒用了...這是發問者該考慮的課題唷...
換句話說你改裝之後萬一墨頭塞住墨水公司應該不會賠你一顆墨頭吧....??
假如可以改在HP機器上有多少最多換顆墨夾就不怕噴嘴阻塞了..CCC

我今天下午有打電話去問廠家組裝配件之問題順便想買一套來玩玩，裡面先生表示目前皆缺貨中，最快必須等到二十號以後才能供貨，據其宣稱此一批貨有進一步改良，比上一批貨品質更好且價格降至二百元，因為我之前有向本人所服務之公司建議可以考慮試用此類供墨系統以減省墨水匣之開支，但是又擔心公司印表機的噴頭不小心給毀了，如此好意反而造成公司困擾及損失，因此乾脆想自己買一套來，在自己已過保固之660小玩測試一番，如果一切0K，才會建議公司使用，這樣比較保險，另外因為墨水品質攸關此一供墨系統成敗與否，裡面先生表示他們之前已經測試過多種不同廠牌之墨水後才找出較適合之墨水提供給大眾，我聽了心裡比較安心一點，因為至少他們已經幫我篩檢了一遍，因此到時再買一套來試試看，試用結果如何，再向各位大大報告

最近發現有一軟體可用於Epson Stylus以破解晶片，不知好不好用?其功能如下：
SSC Service Utility allow You to do many amazing things with Your Epson printer :

1) Work directly with CSIC in Epson Stylus printers cartridges (this allow You to reset CSIC counters or disable CSIC).
2) Freeze internal ink counters.
3) Reset internal ink counters even with empty cartridges.
4) Separate cleaning of color and black heads, powerful cleaning mode.
5) Hot swapping of cartridges supported.
6) Resetting of protection counter (even then it is already full).
7) Near 30 different Epson printers supported

This allow many people with high printing demands to save some money (program works with both black and color cartridges).

那我建議你最好別提出這個構想不然你最好把醜話先說在前面別到時候公司改裝
了卻導致設備故障老闆就把帳掛你身上得不償失.....
你自己買一套回來用OK不代表你公司的就OK咧這牽涉到太多因素,除非老闆自
願否則你最好別淌這混水...

因為小弟個人有類似經驗拉本來好心但是最後卻被雷親...你可以提出建議但是讓
你的老闆自己決定,把前因後果先跟老闆講清楚至於是否採用就看他自己了,免的
當時"OKOK交給你去辦"最後出了意外就把所有責任推到你身上要你一肩扛起..
畢竟混飯吃的要永遠記著...."當老闆發財時你是他的幫手,當老闆倒楣時你是他
的包袱"....這句名言..
