請問在做硬碟分割時出現warning是....

我買了一顆硬想把它分割，可是卻出現:
Warning
Disk Boot sector is to be modified
Type'Y'to accept any key to abort
Award Soft ware Inc.
這是什麼意思啊?

確認BIOS Features Setup中Anti-Virus Protection選項有無關閉..
