Norton AntiVious 7.0 移除要密碼, 如何解決?

我想幫朋友移除他電腦中的Norton AntiVious 7.0, 不管由控制台中的新增移除或原uninstall 皆詢問密碼, 但並不知密碼, 請問各位高手如何解決? 謝謝
