It is not possible in esp@cenet to download a complete document. All viewing is performed page by page, even if it looks as if the complete document is available in the Acrobat viewer. If you attempt to save the complete document, only the current page will be saved. Always select the page you need before clicking on print in the horizontal toolbar above the title. You can only print page by page.
