求助 - 開ISO檔就死當 請求協助!!!

之前用酒精都還可以叫出來觀看
電腦重灌xp後就不行看了
程式可以正常啟動 但一載入檔案就死當變藍底白字
出現以下的訊息

check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installad.
If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you mighe need.

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.
Disable BTOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe Mode toremove or disable componts,restart your computer.
press F8 to select Advanced startup Option,and then select safe Mode.

請問這要如何才能解決呢?!
