Raid 0, or Raid 1.
First It will ask for how many cache do you want to set. (64 and 128), then Before you complete it have to set up the raid mode. If you set raid 0, that should be no problem. If you set raid 1, the 2 harddisk would two in one.

If set raid 1, you should only read 1 80G storage. The most inportant that you should go to Bios and check up the harddisk status. Then go to your os and check do you install the tools that is for S-ATA Raid control which should include your mb's provided software. Install it and restart your OS. I hope you can solve it out.
