do you crash your PC before??
Did your PC scancheck before, becuase "Found" folder only forms when you scan disk startup and find out corrupt file then delete it and use "Found" Folder to keep in backup. If you sure your Harddisk has no any physical problem, I find you should give up such file that would crash your system.
