可能是你的系統資源不夠，CPU的資源用到頂了。 .
或者是你的顯示卡的驅動程序有問題，建議重新安裝驅動程序，如果不行的話

都和Xvid的解碼器有關，這是bug。
解決方法：
卸載Xvid；
安裝最新的版本的Xvid解碼器（XviD Nic's Bin， released on 2/6/03)，這些問題就解決了。
