唉，這的確很無奈。
以3COM的企業形象，幾年前還是很吃香。只是3COM歷經侵權官司敗訴、裁員...等，現在好像是阿爾卡特集團的一員，新一代主機板內建網路晶片的市場也都沒看到3COM的蹤影，NIC部門說不定已經轉賣或被裁併了...

3com drivers is not include in Windows Vista. Windows Update does provide driver update for my 3c905c-tx NIC. Luckily i have another NIC (Marvell) which Vista does support. After a Windows Update i was able to figure out the required files are:
<\Windows\INF\oem3.inf> and <\Windows\System32\Drivers\el90xBC5.sys> for my 3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI For Complete PC Management NIC (3C905C-TX). Copy this two files to one folder and next time, when you install Vista from scratch, direct Windows to search the correct NIC in this this folder.
Note: I think oem3.inf is different for each installed Windows, so if this file is not correct, look in \INF\ folder for all *.inf files containing "el90x"
