小弟有確實移除過flash player @ Vista的經驗
記得是先到adobe的官網下載uninstaller程式
下載位置如下
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...ash_player.exe
將檔案存放到D根目錄下
接著按下Ctrl + R輸入
D:\uninstall_flash_player.exe /clean
就可以撤底移除Flash Player
移除之前請先關閉所有IE視窗
移除完畢後再下載

Download ActiveX Control for Windows Internet Explorer 9.0.63
下載後直接安裝就可以了~~希望可以幫助到你~~
