疑問 - SP3有辦法還原成sp2嗎?

以上二項不知道是啥軟體，不太確定是不是病毒...
搜尋了一下，有人說是 ZSMCSNAP 視訊攝影機的驅動程式...

請問你不可以用酒精啓動檔案，有出現什麼錯誤訊息嗎？
還有你用的酒精是哪一個版本？

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.
Disable BTOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe Mode toremove or disable componts,restart your computer.
press F8 to select Advanced startup Option,and then select safe Mode.
