我的HP C6180出現墨水系統失效

小弟使用原廠墨匣二年多後..
因成本太高..改用無線填充式墨匣!!!使用三個多月後...出現此問題.!!
打電話給HP...
問我有沒有使用非原廠的墨匣...小弟回答沒有..(心有點虛虛的!!*.*)
問我有沒有跟其它電器共用同一個延長線....(廢話..當然有!!)
HP叫我使用單獨的一個插座,叫我關機重開...(廢話...螢幕就有顯示..叫我關機!!!)
跟其它電器使用同一個延長線有關係嗎?????
狀況當然沒有解除~~!!!!
後來...叫我送修!!!但檢修費就要$600!!!!!(不管有沒有修..都要$600)...
後來想想..送燦坤代送好了..小弟住在小鎮..要專程送到台中..有點麻煩!!反正機器也在燦坤買的!!
送到燦坤...因為過保固了...要先收$800檢送費!!!!
心想算了,當初機器花了$9999元買的..如果加檢送費在2000元內.應該還可以..
這台機器也用的很習慣!!!!
在準備繳費800元時..順口問了一下..這樣如果修理大約要多少錢~~!!(畢竟維修人員接的case多.比較有經驗~~)
維修人員說..前一陣子.也有一台也是墨水系統失效!!原廠回答要更換主機板~!報價四仟多~~
小弟一聽...傻眼~!!前一陣子.燦坤會員招待會,C7280(有雙面列印)一台要價6999,小弟攜門號,可再便宜5000元!
因為家中C6180還可以印,所以也就沒買....
更換主機板,居然要四仟多~~~...當下當然就決定不修了...等到11月的會員招待會,再來買~!!!
但心中一直不死心~~
於是..先在網拍問看看,有沒有能修,報價多少???
但小弟的個性又很急...
於是又在各討論區爬文...爬了一晚~~~
最後用螢幕上出現的錯誤碼去搜尋.....
一篇一篇文章看(英文的)....
最後結論....
錯誤碼:0xc18a0107...是因為幾種情形才會出現...
1.墨匣晶片故障...(小弟有換回原廠墨匣,情況沒改,所以排除此原因)
2.墨匣的使用期限過了,更換新墨匣後,系統未讀取到新墨匣的資料,出現鎖機的情況..(因小弟使用填充式墨匣,上有破解晶片,應該也不是這個原因)
3.墨匣中的墨水已經使用完畢,尚未更換...於是出現鎖機的情況.(因小弟使用填充式墨匣,上有破解晶片,應該也不是這個原因)
4.墨匣通道中有氣體,導致失壓~~
看了那麼多文章,會出現墨水系統失效,問題都是出現在墨水匣..就是沒寫問題出在主機板~~!!(HP..你也賺太兇了吧!!更換主機板????)
後來,找到一篇文章,上面表示,會出現墨水系統失效,問題都出在墨匣上,而且主機板會鎖住,
就算更換新的墨匣也沒有用,要做硬體重置的動作才有用....
小弟繼續爬文...找到C3110硬體重置方法如下
Press and HOLD the "OK", "Cancel", "Black" & "Colour" buttons, keep them held and press and release the "ON" button until the printer has powered down, then release the four buttons. Wait 2 minutes then press the "On" button to turn on the printer, The printer will power on, then power off briefly, then power on again (if staying off, press the "ON" button again to power it up). The printer will give the message 'OOB NVM Reset' on the printer screen and then ask you to enter the Language and Country, use the "Arrows" and the "OK" button to select the correct ones.
Your printer will now initialise and if you press any buttons at this stage it'll give the message 'Device maintenance occurring do not interrupt'. This may take several minutes to complete. Your error code should now have disappeared and you will now be able to Copy and Print. You will also need to update the Date & Time, to do this press and release the "Setup" button, press the "Down Arrow" to option 5 (Tools), press "OK". Press the "Down Arrow" to option 4 (Date and Time), press "OK". Use the number pad to enter the date in UK format dd/mm/yy, it will automatically move accross as you type, then continue by entering the time. When finished press the "Cancel" [X] button to return to the main screen.
小弟試了很多遍,,,因為小弟是C6180,...無效..殘念..
後來又發現一篇大陸的文章有寫C5188的硬體重置
1. 同时按 “设置”按钮和向左箭头
2. 找到“system configration”, 按ok按钮进入
3. 找到 “hardware failure status”，按ok按钮进入
4. “clear”确定
5. “ok”
6. “cancel”推出
經小弟在C6180上實際測試...經過如下
1.同時按"設定"和向左箭頭,
2.出現Enter Special Key Combo,按OK進入
3.按向右箭頭,找到System Configuration Menu,按OK進入
4.找到hardware failure status,按OK進入
5.會在hardware failure status後方出現Clear,Press OK to clear,
6.按OK,完成硬體重置
7.按cancel退出
重新開機後...呵呵呵....小弟的C6180..居然又可以印了..哈哈...
更換回填充式墨水..哈...一樣可以印...
省了四仟多元.......哈哈哈
小弟想..應該有人情況跟我一樣...
所以寫出來,提供參考...
