我想請教各位大大一個問題?它所出現的情況即是outlook Express啟動時系統便會當機(WINDOWS 2000pro的系統)，當機時的情況一種是系統直接當接，一種是會出現藍色畫面，內容如下，因為已作過ghost還原了，但情況還是會發生，所以想向各位大大求救，藍色畫面如下：
