himem.sys
要看你的作業系統

MS-DOS 能用
Windows 95 能用
Windows 98 能用
Windows nt 能用
Windows me 不能用
Windows 2000 不能用
Windows xp 不能用

不能用的是因為系統會自動將你的設定移除

真要用的話應該是在根目錄設一個 config.sys 的檔案
內容
device=d:\path\himem.sys -參數(請參考書籍)
