先裝好ogg的code
1. 先用 MS 的MEDIAPLAYER 9.0 播放
2. 在播放時, 請按暫停鍵, 暫停播放
3. 在螢幕右下角的系統列, 會有一個圖示, 在該圖示按右鍵,
並選擇 Properties --> Vorbis Decoder
4. 在 Vorbis decoder properties 的分頁選單中, 有一個 Preferred output format
的子頁框, 預設為 IEEE float (32-bit), 請改成 Integer (16-bit)
5. 用 TMpgEnc Plus 開啟該 AVI 檔, 之後再進行轉檔即可
PS. 1 ~ 4 的步驟只要做一次, 因為其設定會保留下來
