很奇怪用Spybot掃怎麼都掃不掉

以上是他掃完的結果!按下[修復以選擇的問題]也有顯示已修復
但是在重新掃的時候就會又重複出現請問各位大大這是什麼問題捏= =?
還有玩阿給會變成斷斷續續的小lag捏......用ad掃都掃不到喔~!
諾頓2004就算掃到刪除也還是一樣會lag捏?
