疑問 - 郵件被退件??
先前公司的郵件主機是使用3個固定IP, 近期升級為光纖網路(1個固定+7個浮動)後, 發現郵件主機經常被退郵件, 退回內容如下: 收件者的電子郵件伺服器發生了 SMTP 通訊問題。請連絡您的系統管理員。 <XXX.com.tw #5.5.0 smtp;554 Service unavailable; Client host [000.000.000.000] blocked using ASZLDUS565KP2E3KL3V5N65R9L789XP.r.mail-abuse.com; Mail from 000.000.000.000blocked using Trend Micro Email Reputation database. Please see <http://www.mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/lookup?000.000.000.000>> 由於伺服器並未安裝趨勢科技的防毒軟體, 為何回應被趨勢的軟體擋住? 也發信至趨勢科技反映, 回信內容如下: Thank you for writing to the MAPS Dynamic User List (DUL) Maintainers. This email address is used to submit DUL listing requests, DUL removal requests, and for other communication regarding the MAPS DUL. The MAPS DUL is a list of known dynamic (including dial-up) end user networks, and listings appear either due to junk e-mail complaints by DUL subscribers or by the Internet provider's request. It is NOT a list of insecure or open relay mail servers, nor is it a list of networks we consider friendly or neutral to spammers. If you are blocked by a DUL subscriber, they are not saying you are a spammer nor are they saying your Internet provider is a spam problem. [SPECIFIC ISP NOTES and END USER INFORMATION] (Read before proceeding) Specific Internet providers may have special notes for their users being blocked by DUL subscribers. You may read these notes on the End User Information page: http://www.mail-abuse.com/support/enduserinfo_dul.html [REMOVALS] If you want us to remove listings of former dynamic ranges or other incorrect listings, we need to know the IP addresses listed. If you already provided these to us, we will remove them once we verified they are not used for dynamic end users, and you will receive e-mail confirming their removal. If you are asking us to remove a listing for a network range that is still for dynamic end users, note that we will only remove such listings at the request of the network's admins. We will not honor remove requests from end users of a network. Contact your admins and ask them to write us. NOTE: A removal may take some time to propagate out to subscribers. [ISP PARTICIPATION AND "BLACKHOLING"] If you are an Internet provider concerned with your dynamic end user ranges appearing in the MAPS DUL, please remember that the DUL is not a spam source list. Many Internet providers willingly provide listings for us so they can enforce their terms of service more effectively. 你的ip或網域,在Email Reputation database(趨勢email 信用資料庫)裡是黑名單
造成的原因: 1.可能是你公司發大量廣告信 2.你的主機可以被internet open relay造成 趨勢提供你幾個方式 Relay Spam Stopper: (停止廣告郵件的relay) http://www.mail-abuse.com/support/removereq_rss.html Open Proxy Stopper: (停止信件relay) http://www.mail-abuse.com/support/removereq_ops.html Realtime Blackhole List: (從MAPS RBL移除你的ip或網域) http://www.mail-abuse.com/support/removereq_rbl.html Non-confirming Mailing List: (從MAPS NML移除你的ip或網域) http://www.mail-abuse.com/support/removereq_nml.html |
