求助 - 電腦最近常常黑屏死當，想詢問是否是中毒

各位大大好，小弟最近電腦常常容易死當，但鍵盤有反應，螢幕沒反應

檢測過螢幕是好的，重新開機就可以直接點亮，

顯示卡也使用FurMark壓力測試過，沒有再燒機情況下黑屏

所以擔心是否有其他軟件上的問題，故上來詢問

診斷結果不是WIN10嗎?

電腦是與別人購買,一拿到即是WIN10

另外發現就是當機原因,是因為WIN10主機服務的功能無法釋放記憶體

會一直累加累加,直到把電腦所有記憶體佔完,造成整個電腦卡死,每次必須都重開機

有各位大大知道有方法可以解決嗎?

雖然會使主機服務減緩不少增加佔記憶體的速度,

但晚上我會需要掛著執行工作(就是不關電腦)

早上起來幾乎都是卡住完全不能動,只能按重開機鍵,再麻煩各位了,懇請幫忙.謝謝。

1.請告知電腦組態

2.請清理一下電腦內部灰塵

最近天冷容易接觸不良
建議你把硬碟的資料線重新插拔一次(連接硬碟 與 連接主機板端 都要做)
如果是Sata HDD
拔下後拿縫衣針 對那資料線上的金屬接點，"輕輕"的左右來回反覆抓一抓，之後會看起來亮亮的即可插回去
(壓太用力會把接點簧片壓扁，反而造成無法接觸 請警慎)

硬碟在傳輸時如果因為接觸不良
會造成循環檢驗錯誤，而下令反覆傳輸
造成效能下降 (嚴重情況下會看似死機)
特別是安裝windows的硬碟

當然也可以靠監控軟體了解是否為此問題
去載 CrystalDiskInfo
看到 "通訊超時" 或 UltraDMA 高速傳輸模式錯誤次數
[最差] 那一行 有沒有與 [目前] 相差太多
或 來回點兩個硬碟
觀察 Raw值 是否有改變，有改變就是有問題
必須如上檢查 資料排線
