有任何問題,您都可以先執行自我測試(自我測試的指令,由電腦發出會高於printer本機執行),若都無法列印,泥可先行移除自行安裝的裝置,移除cable,由printer上先執行自我測試
1.是windows xp的電腦,傳送列印時發生的嗎,還是其它種os
若自我測試正常,請重新安裝驅動程式
2.每台電腦列印時皆如此,還是只有特定的電腦和特定的文件
3.有安裝printer server嗎,電腦使用何種方式來和印表機連接
PCL XL is a 'printer control language' and some printers do not understand all of the data that is being sent to the printer. if you cahnge to a pcl 5 driver or post script driver you should not have this problem. pcl 5 driver will only send the basic PCL XL data where the pcl 6 driver would send all the PCL XL data. however the post script driver send a different language all together.
