上面這張與兒媳拍的照片,拍攝日期是今年的九月五日,從那天到九月二十三日止,我的體重就已經由伸展操和室內溫和運動,從當天 140 磅(63.7公斤)降到了135 磅(61.4公斤),這已是非常王道的鍛鍊方法(是鍛鍊肌力,而非蓄意減重),若要以非王道的方式鍛鍊(激烈燃燒熱量),例如,最輕鬆的方法是,背著15 公斤重的沙包早、晚各跑15 公里,這五磅(2.7公斤)的體重可在五天內達到預計目標。 現在,我不著重在體重(重量)上的改變,最主要的是加速我的新陳代謝能力,在體質上,再革命性的徹底改善一次;在初步藍圖上,我暫以我 20 歲的下面這張照片為目標,我肯定可以達到的,請拭目以待﹗ http://img527.imageshack.us/img527/4...r001ea8lr2.jpg 此帖於 2007-09-25 05:34 PM 被 grc45 編輯. 原因: 插圖失敗 |
